Adhesive Technology to Preserve Gaps (air layer)
This technology makes it possible to maintain a gap between the substrates in an OLPF, which consists of multiple substrates bonded together with an adhesive, by mixing a gap material into the adhesive, taking into account possible thermal degradation.
Stress-Relieved Adhesive Technology
When substrates are bonded together in the manufacture of OLPFs, the stress on the substrate (deposited substrate) can cause the OLPFs to warp. This technology uses a special process to reduce warping.
OLPF Technologies Using Wet Materials
This developed item makes it possible to replace the plate materials in OLPFs, which usually consist of synthetic quartz crystal, optical glass, blue glass and other plate materials laminated together, with wet materials.
